Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zevi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zevi ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Zevi is a yoga inspiration sharing application that provides:

• Curated yoga content and practices
• Video streaming and immersive viewing experiences
• Community features for sharing yoga experiences
• Personal content creation and sharing tools
• Social interaction features including likes, comments, and follows

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zevi.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through Zevi ("User Content"). By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Content Guidelines

Your User Content must:

• Be original or properly licensed
• Comply with our community guidelines
• Not violate any third-party rights
• Be appropriate for a yoga and wellness community

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zevi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service

Privacy and Data Protection

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zevi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
